Governing Law

These policies and the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these policies shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Jackson, Missouri.

All content provided by Devil Dog Detailing, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Devil Dog Detailing and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer

Devil Dog Detailing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Trademark Policy

Devil Dog Detailing and its associated logos and trademarks are the property of Devil Dog Detailing. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Vehicle Condition Policy

"Clients are encouraged to inform us of any existing damage to their vehicle prior to the service. This helps ensure that any pre-existing issues are documented and that our team is aware of them during the detailing process.

Confidentiality Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All data is stored securely and used only for the purposes of scheduling, billing, and improving our services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of service. If you are not completely satisfied with the detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

Late Payment Policy

A late fee will be applied to any invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date. The late fee will be $25 per week until the balance is paid in full. Prompt payment is appreciated to avoid additional charges.

Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the detailing service and before the vehicle is released back to the client. We accept various payment methods, including Venmo, cash, debit, credit, and After Pay. Please note that we do not accept checks. For any questions or concerns regarding payment methods, please contact us.

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be provided for any detailing services. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction, including offering to correct any issues with the service performed.

Damage or Loss Policy

Devil Dog Detailing takes great care in handling your vehicle and uses only the highest quality products and techniques. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, paint chips, or other imperfections. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any existing damage prior to the service. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during the detailing process that is directly caused by our team, Devil Dog Detailing will take responsibility for the repair costs. Please note that aftermarket parts and modifications are not covered under this liability policy. Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after the service to ensure satisfaction.

Cancellation and Deposits Policy

To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits for appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice can be applied to a future service. In the event that Devil Dog Detailing needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer to reschedule at a convenient time or refund any deposits paid.

All data is stored securely and used only for the purposes of scheduling, billing, and improving our services. Customer Item Removal Policy

To ensure an efficient and thorough detailing service, customers are required to remove all personal items from their vehicles prior to their appointment. If personal items are not removed, a $25 fee will be charged for our team to handle the removal. This helps us focus on delivering the best possible detailing service and ensures that your belongings are not misplaced or damaged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
